Dice has an immediate opening for a Corporate Marketing Manager to create, design, coordinate and implement marketing campaigns that support the sales effort as directed by Director of Marketing; report on progress; achieve departmental and corporate goals.
Essential Functions:
- Accountable for the creation, development, organization, coordination, and execution of specific marketing projects and initiatives.
- Sets implementation schedule for project, including start date, status reporting dates, and completion date.
- Provides written status reports on project progress to supervisor and other relevant company personnel. Proactively communicates project status to all concerned parties.
- Measures response and sales results from every campaign.
- Identifies barriers to project completion and brings these to supervisor's attention immediately.
- Acts as liaison between Marketing and other Dice companies and other company departments
- Regular attendance; 8 a.m. - 5 p.m. normal hours with overtime required as necessary.
- <20% travel to other Dice companies and trade shows (Dice and other)
Specific Responsibilities:
- National, regional and local marketing for new and existing non-Dice companies - ClearanceJobs, Targeted Job Fairs, MeasureUp, CybermediaDice, etc.
- Creation and management of the design and dissemination of direct mail, email and print campaigns.
- Creation or revision of collateral, articles, case studies, newsletters, press releases, Intranet notices, etc. as necessary.
- Communication and coordination with appropriate personnel at acquired companies and Dice to achieve objective, especially where existing marketing managers employed by Dice companies are involved
- Siebel use and the pulling of Dice email and direct mail lists in order to support Dice acquisitions in their effort

- Keeps current on marketing trends on the Internet.
- Performs duties of subordinate staff when necessary.

Minimum Qualifications
- BA/BS in Marketing, Communication or related field and 8-10 years' marketing experience.
- Proven expertise planning marketing campaigns from concept to completion.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple, parallel responsibilities.
- Excellent writer

- Ability to work independently, with minimal supervision. High degree of organizational skills.

Customer Support Representative
Dice has an immediate opening for a Customer Support Representative. This position will be responsible for conducting new client training sessions, monitoring client accounts and receiving client calls. The hours for this position are Mondays through Fridays, 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.
Essential functions:
- Schedule and conduct training sessions with clients on how to operate the Dice system.
- Receive and process client inquiries regarding the Dice system.
- Instruct clients in the set-up process, posting job positions and maintenance of postings.
- Document in Siebel communications made with clients.
- Contact clients regarding account follow-ups and issues/concerns.

The Functional Analyst also ensures that functional designs meet the business requirements and may review and approve the designs developed by Software Engineers. They are responsible for working with Inside Sales Executives, Inside Account Executives and other areas of the sales department. Essential functions:
- Compile spreadsheets of leads from lists generated using competitor websites, industry associations, purchased lead lists and other resources. Compile necessary contact information for the lead, including company mailing address, website, hiring contact, phone number, etc. Check status of leads against Dice database of existing accounts. Goal is to generate "new" leads for sales at a rate of 25-50 per day.
- Assist on fulfillment of packages being distributed to Dice customers
