We are currently in search of multiple SharePoint Architects and Developers to participate in the growth of our Microsoft solutions and services. Candidates who are open to some travel outside of the greater Philadelphia area are preferred.
Required Skills: ** Solid experience and proven ability using the Microsoft SharePoint 2007 platform. Specific experience in site design, page layout, and developing custom web parts to extend SharePoint functionality. Ideally the candidate will have a thorough understanding of SharePoints core features including Collaboration, Portal, Enterprise Search, Content Management, Business Forms and Business Intelligence.
** Developers and Architects must demonstrate solid experience in object oriented development tools and methods in the Microsoft .NET framework including Visual Studio.NET, C and/or VB.NET, ASP.NET, and MS SQL. Experience in other MS and Internet technologies, including MS Office, HTML, XML, CSS, web services.
** Architects must have experience in SharePoint 2007 installation, configuration, and administration with a good understanding of the architectural and infrastructure aspects of SharePoint platform.
** Experience with database design and querying with SQL Server 2000, 2005 preferred.
**6-10 years minimum experience developing enterprise applications and web technology solutions.
**Strong communication skills, with the ability to interact with end-users to understand requirements and develop comprehensive and complete solutions that incorporate both technology and business processes.
** Ability to support sales activities, proposal development, development of internal solution materials, presentations, meeting and workshop facilitation.
** Experience working in an enterprise-level environment.
** Ability to work on a team as well as independently with minimal supervision to achieve project milestones and deadlines.
** Architects will have proven experience in technical lead roles for SharePoint or other application development efforts.
