3i People Inc has a challenging and exciting opportunity for a Technical Recruiter to supplement our internal recruiting team. Under the direction of 3i People**s Staffing Head and in conjunction with the internal recruiting team, the Technical Recruiter will work with 3i People**s client requirements to fill critical vacancies (90% technical, 10% non-technical).
We are looking for a highly motivated and self-directed individual to plan, develop, implement and manage cost effective, customer-service oriented employment and recruitment activities for us. He or she will be an accomplished individual with outstanding communication skills who can work in a diverse environment.
Major responsibilities include:
** Working with 3i People management to gain an in-depth understanding of the critical needs of their client and their requirements.
** Efficiently manage existing accounts and contribute to increased reveneue generation by brinigng new business.
** Developing and executing recruiting strategies and recruitment plans. Seeking general direction and guidance regarding decisions concerning recruiting approach to specific profiles;
** Designing, composing and placing recruitment advertising in various media;
** Ability to quickly summarize the clients needs based on the job description
** Aggressive Searching for the right skill sets on the various job boards, interviewing and short listing the right personnel.
** Following the established 3i people recruitment process;
** Sourcing candidates and assisting with screening prospective employees for employment;
** Recommending new procedures/ changes to current employment
policies and practices;
** Processing paperwork for new hires, transfers, promotions, etc.

Required Skills: Minimum Qualifications:
* A minimum of 5 years of full life-cycle Recruiting experience in Information Technology.
Minimum Years of experience needed for required skills: 5
Preferred Skills: Preferred Qualifications:
* A bachelor*s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience in business, accounting and/or information technology.
* The ability to build strong working relationships with senior level technology professionals.
* Computer Skills ** Coming from a Technical Background
