Do you have direct, technical experience with and knowledge of Transportation and Warehouse processes and Transportation and Warehouse Management systems (TMS and WMS)? If so, we are seeking your backround, along with a mix of technical and business-facing expertise for this unique role! Responsibilities for this role will hinge strongly on your ability to communicate with Transportation and Warehouse Operations employees as well as Transportation/Operations senior management, using non-technical language. Strong candidates will be able to gather requirements and translate them into sound business designs. Cross-functional knowledge regarding how transportation management systems interact with ERP systems and warehouse system functions is preferred.

Specific Business Analyst skills: You should be able to demonstrate experience in designing and implementing new systems, supporting the change management that accompanies these enhancements, troubleshooting system problems and performing system testing.

Technical skills are a strong plus as well. Candidates who have worked directly with developers in the past, who have done some light programming and/or had some database interactions (SQL, Oracle SQL Editor, third-party reporting tools, etc.) will bring particularly valuable skills to this role.

Experience: 2-4 years supporting TMS systems. Exposure to other business areas would be of great benefit (freight payment, parcel shipping).
