Our client is searching for an Interactive Producer who will join their group and help/assist with the development of strategic plans and tactical implementations for all interactive and web site marketing initiatives as related to sports, sports marketing, sporting events, tournaments, including development of content * both video content & textual content, interactive marketing campaigns and provide day-to-day production and operations support for our clients* web site and interactive marketing programs. The role will report to the VP.
Our client, an excellent, small to medium size employer, with a very attractive working environment and an open office concept is hiring a Interactive Producer / Project Manager to perform and exhibit the following, in respect to website production project management and editing of content: information architecture, wireframes, site layouts; enhance or improve the social networking aspects of the site, mobile video, mobile alerts, to grow membership subscriptions, to increase the conversion of website members to paying customers with paid subscriptions; write and develop content, articles, topics of interest, highlights, practical information about any related topics, events, personalities, or professionals; interactive website implementation, strategic planning, conceptual development, generation of content concepts and ideas independently and within groups; Responsible for the layout and design of the information, and overall appearance of the website; responsible for the overall editing of all the content for the site; writing skills will be applied. This person needs to exhibit confidence, innovativeness, creativity, analytical ability, problem solving, aggressiveness but a team player and collaborative manager. This person will be leading a small team of web designers doing HTML, CSS, Flash, JavaScript, therefore any skills in Adobe products, or video content delivery such as Final Cut Pro or After Effects or any other video content manipulation or editing is preferred. Production management of site will put you behind the wheel of: Dreamweaver, management of Flash video files, Final Cut Pro, Adobe Premier, Photoshop. and will perform some stakeholder management in the leadership of the aforementioned, as well as content management, editing, articles, write-ups on events, ect.
The ideal candidate will have deep experience in creating, distributing and testing interactive/digital marketing and email campaigns, then analyzing performance results * including segmentation, list management, etc. She/He will be aware and passionate about current website and email best practices and will have a background in marketing. This role has five (5) direct web designer reports, and will be viewed as a management role and therefore will need someone who has proven experience strategizing, executing and evaluating interactive website, digital email marketing campaign performance - including transactional emails (emails with click thrus can be used to track the results); especially as applied to sports marketing or sporting events or tournaments.
The job consists of: stakeholder management, management of website design staff, Project Estimation, Training and education of staff, Strategic and tactical brainstorming for new website initiatives and re-designing or retrofitting existing website marketing designs to fit new concepts. Visual design concepts, wireframes, information architecture, integrating the UI with the backend and Quality Assurance; website launch plans, Web 2.0 and social networking websites, email campaigns, online advertising, partnership management, ad unit placements, content editing, analytic evaluations, post project evaluations, change control and change management of content changes, stakeholder presentations and approval process management. Internal workflow and process management, and software development methodologies.
Requirements:
Two-year Associate's Degree or Four-year bachelor*s degree in systems related curriculum or equivalent experience.
Skill set should include a minimum of 5 years experience in project management of website design, layout, as well as website production / website component implementation; information architecture, wireframes; strong writing skills, content editing skills; experience or ability to enhance or improve social networking aspects of web sites, mobile video content deliver, mobile alerts; ability to create websites that will grow membership subscriptions, increase the conversion of website members to paying customers with paid subscriptions; any skills in Adobe products, or video content delivery such as Final Cut Pro or After Effects or any other video content manipulation or editing is preferred. Production management of site will have you supervising an interactive design team utilizing: Dreamweaver, Flash, Actionscript, Final Cut Pro, After Effects, XHTML, JavaScript, jQuery, HTML, Adobe Premier, Photoshop. Experience in strategy, conceptualization of interactive website and interactive advertising, as well as stakeholder management in the leadership of the aforementioned, as well as content management, editing content. Sports background a plus. This should be mature, personable, bright and polished professional. Good analytical and creative problem solving skills required.
