The Sr. Business Applications Analyst is responsible for supporting the Oracle 11i Applications utilized by the firm working directly with Business Resources to maintain and evaluate current system processes and provide techno-functional solutions to address business operations needs. Responsibilities:
Support the Service Contracts, Field Service and Customer Service areas:
* Create and maintain functional design specifications, and test plans.
* Coordinate test cycles between business areas/groups.
* Ensure Customer Service SLA's are met.
* Ensure all guidelines of the Sarbanes Oxley Act are followed.
* Act as a liaison between Canon Business Solutions user groups and the IT Applications Department to ensure timelines are met and designs meet business standards.
* Work with Oracle support by logging TAR's and performing patch testing.
* Support Users with issues as they arise, providing detailed status of issue and resolution management.
* Create new SQL statements to retrieve data from Oracle based on the needs of the business request.
* Perform detailed analyses of subjects in the specified area (i.e. Service and Supply revenue and cost, technician performance).
Qualifications:
* Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering or comparable field
* 4 to 6 years experience with Oracle Applications
* Detailed Oracle Applications experience in Oracle Service Contracts, Field Service and/or Customer Service: OKS, OKC, CS, JTF, HZ, AR
* Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel Project and SQL
* Good oral and written communication skills
* 10% travel (mainly in-state)
