Summary
Chenega Government Consulting, LLC is seeking a Network Support Technician to provide desktop and network infrastructure services to include installation in new offices, disconnection and re-installation of Firebird in support of DEA office relocations, as well as technology refreshment to the Firebird infrastructure.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions of this position* Provide Internet Protocol (IP) conversion support (planning and actual work).* Provide support for all tiers IP Dynamic Host configuration Protocol (DHCP) address management.* Provide Internet infrastructure support at HQs, to include management of theserver and firewall and all connections to both buildings.* Provide fiber management support (HQs only), to include tracking usage andupdating documentation.* Respond to assigned HP Service Manager work tickets for the infrastructure asrequested by the Government PM.
Minimum Qualifications
To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.
Education and/or Experience
* BS in Computer Science, Information Systems or related technical discipline or equivalent experience in lieu of degree is required.* Minimum of 2 years experience working in network engineering.

DEA Secret clearance is required
Supervision
This position does not have supervisory duties.
