* At least 2 plus years of business development, staffing sales, preferably Working with Direct Clients or selling IT/Technology staffing solutions directly to the end clients.
* Lot of good contacts with Hiring Managers / Project Managers / Sr. IT Executives.
* Proven sales, business development and/or recruiting experience with IT, consulting, projects, staff augmentation or search.
* Experience with professional trade organizations, user-groups, networking and good list of contacts in linkedin is a plus!
* Excellent communication and convincing skills are must.
* Should have exposure to IT skills and IT industry
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Understanding of corp. to corp., 1099 and W2 working options
* Self motivated and focused
