QUALIFICATIONS
* Dot Net programming experience developing enterprise level web based applications.
* Cobol, Mainframe experience
* Familiarity with software development lifecycle and design patterns.
* Experience with multiple web servers
* Basic Web infrastructure/architecture knowledge
* Web enablement experience in Dot Net environment
