The successful candidate will have a minimum SECRET CLEARANCE background with about 6-10 years experience in testing, including:

Experience with Rational Tools - RequisitePro, ClearQuest, ClearCase
IV&V
Experience working with government clients
In depth knowledge and understanding of the SDLC
Writing test scripts/test cases
Preference will be given to candidates with Bachelors degree or higher
