We are currently searching for a senior level RUBY developers for a fast-growing, very successful mobile software company.

If so, you may be what we are looking for! Seeking a web application developer responsible for developing scalable web based applications with an emphasis on targeting mobile devices.

Responsibilities:

• Work with the other members of the Web Team to cost, develop, test and maintain exciting product features
• Work with the product management team to fully understand scope, requirements and use-cases for new (and existing) features.
• Work with the project management team to determine scope and deliverables for project milestones.
• Develop solutions to ensure optimal application performance and user experience
• Investigate and resolve potential software issues experienced by QA and customers

Skills/Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related 2+ years related experience
• Expert knowledge of Ruby and AJAX Strong in frontend technologies - HTML, CSS, JavaScript, (experience with emerging standards like HTML5 a huge plus)
• Web application development targeting mobile devices, a strong plus (iPad, iPhone, Android, Blackberry)
• Experience developing and maintaining a large-scale multi-client production application
• Familiar with source control systems, e.g. SVN, Perforce
• Familiar with iterative software development approaches, e.g. Agile
• The ability to communicate ones thoughts clearly and effectively A good sense of humor and humility

This is a direct-hire, salaried position located in North Coastal San Diego.
