Job Title: Oracle EAM Business Analyst-(Enterprise Asset Management)
Location: San Antonio, TX or Green River, WY
Travel: 25-50% as required
Job Function
This position supports an organization with enterprise-wide responsibilities for the development and support of applications with a focus on Oracle EAM and other Oracle Application suite modules. This position will be responsible for implementing process changes, process research and support trouble shooting, documenting, developing training manuals and developing new process flows.
Major Responsibilities

1. This position is responsible for the various activities associated with the development and/or support of applications according to specifications for department or company-wide use. It may also include working directly with clients to define user requirements and to define and meet their decision support and data access requirements.
2. Experience with hands-on delivery/configuration of fully integrated Oracle Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) and work management solutions.
3. Strong knowledge of maintenance functions in any variety of industries such as process manufacturing, transportation and facilities.
4. Ability to assist clients in the implementation and support of Oracle R12. Responsible for coordinating with 3rd party resources on the integration of custom applications surrounding user processes.
5. Responsible for the documentation and training of client resources on the custom application developed.
6. Responsible for meeting assigned deliverables.
7. Responsible for finding the right “fit for purpose” solution for the task.
8. Unit Testing and System Testing of all applications development.
9. Maintenance of existing applications and newly developed applications.
10. Documentation of applications developed.
11. Training of client users on applications developed.
12. This position can assist in making recommendations on product selection, standardization, and solutions designs by seeking requirements from the organization.
