1) BS/MS in CS or equivalent with at least 5 years of software quality assurance experience testing and releasing mission critical enterprise applications
2) Multithreaded Java testing with heavy DB/SQL use
3) SaaS testing (performance, stress, failover, scalability, operations)
4) Web application testing and automation
5) Build and test automation via scripting (e.g. python)
6) A mix of large company and small company experience

NOTE: no corp-corp, no contractors, need people who have been at most all their companies for at least 2-3 years.
