TITLE: .NET Developer (CONTRACT TO HIRE)
DURATION: 6 months to HIRE
LOCATION: Northeast Philadelphia

This position will be responsible for the full systems life cycle from designing, coding, testing, implementing, maintaining and supporting applications software.

Onboarding:
Phone Screen and in-person

Responsibilities:
    To maintain, modify and test changes to existing software programs and products. Uses object oriented design methodologies and product specifications to develop and enhance software products, components or modules.
    Investigates program errors, defines problems, debugs programs, tests results, implements changes & maintains software applications.
    Maintains and modifies existing programs and writes new programs as directed.
    Assists users in solving system problems and trains users in system operations.
    Works on multiple projects as a project leader or technical leader/consultant. Works on complex tasks, projects or issues.
    Provides application software development services or technical support typically in a defined project.
    Develops program logic for new applications or analyzes and modifies logic in existing applications.
    Makes recommendations towards the development of new code or reuse of existing code.
    Ensures that system improvements are successfully implemented.
    Analyzes requirements, and translates business requirements into product designs.
    Writes technical specifications and other forms of documentation.
    Suggests technical alternatives and improves/streamlines processes and systems.
    Completes project assignments and special projects commensurate with job expectations.
    Conducts planning, analysis and forecasting activities to plan projects and tasks.
    May provide leadership and/or guidance to other technical professionals and staff.

Requirements:
    Bachelor's degree required
    Three to Five years of similar or related experience
    Advanced knowledge of programming languages: Asp.net; SQL server; HTML; XML; JavaScript.
    Ability to work in fast changing environment
    Ability to multi task
    Experience in Software Development Life Cycle
    Good written and oral communication skills
