Computer Systems Analyst 3


Position Description & Responsibilities: Apply expertise in system design and creation of projects plans in MS Project for new development projects for the BMA Certification department. Use MS Project to track progress of all on-going projects. Adjust work assignments and resources as necessary and maintain system documentation. Perform programming assignments (predominantly using Oracle PL/SQL and Coldfusion) and provide direction as necessary to lower level programming staff. Assign and track all maintenance tasks for existing systems (PAVE, MAC, eVS, etc.) Other duties as assigned Minimum experience, knowledge, skills & abilities required: 5 - 8 years experience programming in a database procedural language (preferably Oracle PL/SQL) and an internet language/development environment (preferably Coldfusion). 2 - 4 years database design and optimization experience. Candidates must have a good working knowledge of Microsoft Project. Candidate must be able to communicate effectively, work in a team environment, solve very complex problems, and think analytically, as well as out of the box.

Minimum education required:

Bachelor's degree in a Computer Science related field of study and 6-7 years of experience. High school diploma and 10-11 years of experience may be considered in lieu of degree. Dice IT Security Clearance Required.
