Our information management Consultants help our clients execute their system initiatives. Our professionals combine their systems knowledge and project management capabilities with their functional experience in accounting, human capital, internal audit, and supply chain to help clients ensure project success.
Professional Qualifications:
- Senior Business Systems Analyst experience working with Business Partners/Users on large scale technology migrations, integrations, full life cycle implementations and upgrades.
- Must possess 7+ years of Business Systems Analysis background which includes requirements gathering, requirements documentation, eliciting and validate Business requirements, and full system development life cycle.
- Ideal candidate will have proven ability to work Project Managers that lead the projects from inception to the end.
- Develop Business Requirement Documents (BRD), Use Cases, and Business Systems Planning, developing Project Plans, and performing Design Analysis.
- Design and document the functional process, design process flows in UML using MS Visio, and/or Rational Suite.
- Transform Business requirements to Functional requirements, map business to systems and functional requirements.
- Conduct Gap, Root cause analysis to discover gaps and recommend alternatives to streamline process flows. Must have Proof of Concept (POC) background.
- Extensive experience managing allocation, utilization, and direction of resources (functional and technical).
- Proven ability to develop test strategies, test plans and test cases for User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
- Proficient with MS Office and Suite.
- Large consulting firm or Fortune 1000 company background a plus.
- Undergraduate degree required.
