Oracle CRM Technical Functional Resource

Job Number: 012F1 Description CIBER is currently recruiting for a Oracle CRM Technical Functional Resource in Memphis, TN. - One technical-functional consultant experienced with Oracle CRM and Oracle 11i eBusiness Suite applications. - Consultant will work with client Oracle technical staff and user groups to analyze and troubleshoot issues related to Oracle CRM.

Qualifications

- Results oriented professional with at least 5 full life cycle implementations. - Must possess excellent functional and technical knowledge in following oracle crm modules. - Experties in Tele Service, iSupport, Advanced Scheduler, Dispatch Center, Field Service, Mobile Field Service, eMail Center, Knowledge Management with 5 years minimum experience. - Experience in working with and understanding the TCA model for Public Sector Organizations in Service Modules. - General understanding of APIs. - Understand and analyze the Business Requirements and assist customers in mapping/gapping their business needs. - Having excellent knowledge in SQL, PL/SQL, XML Publisher, OA Framework, and J2EE. - Experiencde with GIS/GPS functionalities (routing/mapping) and integrating oracle service modules with enterprise gis application (esri or any other gis). - Prepare relevant documents for functional design, test plans, prepare training, process documents and conduct trainings through the implementation. - Excellent knowledge in configuring the application as per the AIM methodology and documenting the processess incouding class room pilots, user acceptance testing and trainings. - Possess necessary expertise and knowledge to be able to advise customers on best practices according to industry standards and how to put those best practices in place. - Excellent communication skills and ability to work with various divisions and users. - Demonstrated project management skills, knowledge of project management tools and methodologies.
