Unified Technical, Inc. has an opening for a Oracle Technical Consultant to design a database application with Oracle APEX release 3.0 or higher. Unified Technical, Inc. offers holiday pay and longevity bonus.

SCOPE OF WORK:
This system is to be developed using the Oracle APEX. Th is project will require the consultant to have experience working with and developing web applications using Oracle APEX. The consultant will analyze user requirement s/specifications, analyze existing business processes, develop/test and deploy the final application. The system should provide a better reporting solution by allowing the districts to view real time data as well as histor ical data and to automate t he current reports to be represented in both graphical and data chart formats.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
The successful Consultant must meet all of the following minimum qualifications:

1. Five (5) years experience within the last seven (7) years in system analysis and design.
2. Five (5) years experience within the last seven (7) years in application programming and implementation.
3. Three (3) years experience within the last five (5) years integrating Oracle Applications with the legacy systems using Application Programming Interfaces (API).
4. Four (4) years experience within the last six (6) years, integrating custom programs with Oracle Financials, or Oracle Human Resources Management System.
5. Three (3) years experience within the last four (4) years developing Web applications using Oracle Application Express (APEX 3.0 or higher).
6. Three (3) years experience within the last four (4) years with Oracle Application/database architecture, PL/SQL, Mod-PL/SQL.
7. Must have a Bachelors degree in Information Systems or Software Engineering from an accredited University.

Minimum Education Required: Bachelor's Degree

Must be a US Citizen or Green Card/EAD Holder local in Southern CA for an in-person interview only. Must be able to pass a background check.
