The Financial Transformation Business Solution Professional (BSP) is responsible for identifying, qualifying and driving to closure business solution opportunities for IBM's Finance Transformation team within Global Business Services. Responsibilities include identifying and qualifying GBS financial management (FM) opportunities: independently, working within the IBM internal sales channels, and with GBS Partners. The BSP will engage the appropriate GBS and IBM resources, leverage all IBM advantages and work with GBS to gain client commitment to close software and services sales. The BSP will work collaborative with the GBS partner to drive opportunities that combine GBS capabilities with IBM services, labor, assets, hardware and software products and ISV partner offerings. Additional responsibilities include distributing related qualified opportunities to other IBM Brands, targeting select business solutions and focusing on a defined market area and/or list of target accounts. The BSP will take direction from the Sales & Distribution / GBS industry leaders.
In summary, the BSP is capable of taking an opportunity from identification, though qualification and to closure. In addition, the BSP must be able to conduct a consultative sale of FM software and implementation services - including the ability to articulate and craft an implementation proposal.

* Bachelor's Degree
* At least 3 years experience in Financial Management solution selling with a major management consultancy
* At least 3 years experience in identifying, qualifying, proposing and closing business opportunities, including applications, technology, and/or process improvement.
* At least 3 years experience in building client executive relationships with a proven track record of success.
* At least 3 years experience in Tier 1 consulting firm work experience with a specialization in Financial Management.
* At least 3 years experience in strategic selling: includes crafting and presenting a value proposition, including a client-specific solution(solution elements include benefits, roadmap, solution approach, project plan, timelines.
* At least 3 years experience in structured methodologies for the implementation of applications, process improvements and/or business transformation.
* Readiness to travel up to 50%; travelling 3-4 days a week, home on weekends
* English: Basic knowledge

* Master's Degree in Business/Management
