Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Ability to model business processes using the ProVision tool.
Ability to direct a small team in Modeling Methodology, structure, and provide feedback
Full understanding of ProVision tools such as attributes, simulation, and other items associated with a project.
Conducts periodic status checks with customers and team to assess progress against plan.
Suggests improvements in service delivery processes and techniques.
Performs other duties as assigned.
Qualifications/Competencies:
Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, sales or computer science. Advanced degree desirable
2-3 years of experience in ProVision, and technical product support or consulting
Good communications, presentation, organizational and planning skills.
Good interpersonal skills to work as a team member and as a liaison with customers.
Proficient PC Skills.
FACETS Experience a big +++
FACETS knowledge in Configuration, Customer Service, Accounting, Membership, or Utilization management preferred.
Work Environment:
General office environment, usually at the client site.
Moderate levels of stress.
Travel required - 80 - 100%. - Sunday - Thursday Travel Required. Will be able to work remote on Friday.
