Senior Production Support Engineer responsible for troubleshooting and resolving and troubleshooting complex technical issues arising from Operating Systems OS ( Windows 2000, Widows 2003), Databases (Ingres, Sybase, Oracle), Application (Imaging Applications) and Networks. Ideal candidate must be Innovative, motivated self-starter with excellent follow-up and communication skills both written and verbal

Duties and Responsibilities:
* Responsible for optimal technical performance of the systems, Networks, applications and databases.
* Responsible for complete system, application, database and interface level troubleshooting and issue resolution.
* Responsible for meeting KPIs (Key Performance Indicators) for on-time, on-requirement and on-quality metrics.
* Must be capable of identifying root cause issues affecting the system and define and implement corrective/mitigation actions.
* Some travel required.
* Work flexible hours as required.

Qualifications
* Solid system level knowledge of MS operating systems and technologies, including MS 2003 Server and Windows XP. MCP, MCSE Preferred
* Past Development Background with strong knowledge in Java technologies * Java/J2EE, JSP, C, C++ and VBScripting
* Solid understanding and knowledge of Tomcat and Apache configuration and troubleshooting.
* Knowledge of Visual Basis and Advanced VB scripting.
