Our client seeks a Professional Services Engineer (PSE) to perform product implementation and deploy their Converged Telecommunications Management Solutions for B2B Enterprise Applications.

As the *Product Expert*, the PSE will be involved in other activities such as: product training, project management, requirements development, and product support.
Job Requirements
* Experienced Unix/Linux System Administrator
* Responsible for the entire lifecycle for new project implementations
* Requires hands-on proficiency for server hardware/software and product implementations
* Serves as the POC (Point of Contact) between customers and the organization during project implementation
* Experience in Telephony and VoIP technologies, with knowledge of telecommunication network topologies
* Experienced in presenting complex solutions to high level stakeholders as well as technical experts
* Experience in technical project management
* Experience in providing technical product training
* Excellent verbal and writing skills
* Participate in RFP/bid responses
* Be willing to travel domestically and internationally. Must have valid and up-to-date passport.

Technical Requirements

* UNIX/Linux system programming and administration
* Ability to create basic scripts using various scripting languages.
* Knowledgeable of IP and VoIP network technologies and topologies
* Hands on experience with a variety of telephony solutions (i.e. Cisco, Avaya, Nortel, etc), a plus
