Title: Network Solutions Engineer

Position Description:
The Network Solutions Engineer will be providing pre-sales and design support to our client's customers and prospective customers. The extent of these services will include pre-sales activities and design, tailoring to Cisco based network infrastructures.
Organizational Status
This is a full-time position and reports to the Senior Director Business Services
Responsibilities:
* Provides technical sales support and application design of network products, services and solutions. The pre-sales engineer supports the sales representatives with customer presentations and provides system configuration support during the design process.
* Provide expert level technical designs and assistance to the sales team
* Planning, designing and/or engineering network solutions
* Providing assistance in the development of an implementation plan
* Work with Sales Team to provide a quote for all products/solutions as required by customer needs
* Remove technically related buying objections from the sales cycle
* Build and maintain relationship with customers
* Ensure total customer satisfaction with the customer's implementation experience
Education/Experience:
* BS in Computer Science; and
* 5 * 7 Years experience in Network Administration
* Experience working with Account Team to provide Pre-sales support
* Experience working in a Service Organization a plus
Required Skills:
* 5+ years experience in Network Solutions and Pre-Sales with a focus on Cisco technology
* Cisco, CCIE, Pre Sales Engineer, Nexus, UCS, CCNP, Network Architect, Network Engineer, CCSP, CCVP, VVMWare
* Maintaining comprehensive documentation
* Strong verbal presentation skills, with the ability to tailor dialogue to targeted audience
* Strong written communication skills, including experience in writing documentation, assisting with SOW development, and written correspondence with customers and vendors
* Detail-oriented
* Strong interpersonal skills are required to for effective communication with internal team members, customers and vendors
