Unified Technical, Inc. has an opening for a Senior Telecom Engineer position in downtown Los Angeles, CA with a Fortune 500 company. This position will allow to work remotely from home 3-4 days a week. This position offers full benefits, vacation and 401K plan.

Candidate must have 5 years of Avaya experience preferably with call center experience. Will be hands-on managing a project to build a new system in Los Angeles and migrating the existing clients over to VoIP. Must have experience implementation and configuration with Avaya version 3 and communication manager version 5. Experience with installing , S8700 series, G860 and CMS.

Must be a US Citizen or Green Card holder local in Southern CA for an in-person interview only. Must be able to pass a background check.
