Premiere Business Process Management (BPM) software vendor employing Ground-Breaking technology (really!) seeks a Sr/Lead J2ee Developer to work directly with the VP of Development. These products provide organizations with the industry's most sophisticated platform for rapidly developing and deploying composite process applications. This is a 100 percent Web-based solution including integrated knowledge management and real-time analytics. They also develop the first and only complete BPM Suite available on-demand, delivering Enterprise power and functionality via a Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) model.

This position requires 8-15 years experience with deep technical expertise designing, coding, and delivering commercial software products. Additional experience should include:

- Java, J2ee, Server-side development
- Hibernate, Spring, JPA, SOAP, REST
- Strong relational database engineering
- Oracle, SQL Server, Lucene
- Agile, Scrum, Continuous Integration
- Best practices including Test, CM & Builds management
- BS in Computer Science from a highly regarded University

This position will concentrate on designing and building architectural components. This involves server side development and requires a deep understanding of database performance, object-relational mapping, alternative databases, web scale database systems, and high-volume transactional systems. It is ground breaking development involving work with core libraries and highly reliable, secure, sustainable high-performance software.
