Ultramatics is seeking Senior Business Systems Analyst to work with WebSphere Business Modeler to document functional, business and technical requirements.
Position Description:
Analyze and document business problems across business functions and recommends solutions.
Ensure that proposed system features and requirements meet user needs and satisfy business objectives and initiatives.
Develop requirement documentation that will translate business needs into requirements that can be understood by the application development team.
Design processes that support business initiatives Perform and coordinate User Acceptance testing as required on department related projects.
Develop procedures that maximize operational efficiencies while maintaining sound internal controls. Identify and facilitate the resolution of project issues.
Qualifications:
Solid Business Analyst with a minimum of years solid Business Analyst Experience. Must have experience using IBM WebSphere Business Modeler.
Strong analytical skills Experience with Use Cases Experience with Waterfall methodologies.
Experience with functional and non-functional specifications.
Strong customer service skills Superior communication skills oral and written Ability to handle multiple tasks and deadlines with attention to detail
