Premier Investment firm is seeking a strong C++ or C# Developer to join their FX High Freq Trading Prop Desk.

Reporting directly to the FX Algo trading desk, this role involves development of leading edge solutions for high frequency FX proprietary trading (alpha generation, execution processes, anonymous market making*)

The global FX business is part of one of the largest and most profitable investment banks in the world. It has over 100 traders in 5 centers, and is headquartered in London. Its management is committed to maintaining a position within the top tier of FX banks through investment in technology. A key part of that strategy is the development of algo trading capabilities.

In this role, the candidate will be exposed to a large spectrum of sophisticated algorithms developed by a tight group of experienced quantitative traders. The active participation of the candidate in the creative design of next generation algorithms is a key to their success.

Qualifications
* Strong C# or C++ or Java development skills
* A focus on low latency / high frequency real time applications in multi threaded environment
* Highly motivated to work directly with traders
* Proactive and flexible approach to dealing with challenges
* Engaged in creation of innovative processes
* Strong analytical skills
* Strong communication skills

Preferred
* MS or PHD degree in Computer Science
* Experience in algo-trading development is a plus
* Experience in high-performance / low latency development
* Proven ability to deliver front office systems
* Experience in Forex business is a plus
* Some exposure to new technology trends like GPU programming or FPGA
