Ensynch is looking for a Pre-Sales Engineer to support our clients in the North Central District (MN, ND, SD, IA, KS, NE, MO)
The qualified resource will spend up to 80% of their time in a pre-sales technical capacity assisting Sales Specialists for Identity and Security in presales calls and proof of concept engagements. This includes products in the Forefront Suite: Client Security, ILM now FIM (includes CLM), as well as AD RMS, and the other Forefront products (listed below). This role will be measured based on their impact to sales in the North Central district as well as individual contributions to deals.
It is also envisioned that the other 20% of the time, may be used for providing MIIS/ILM/FIM maintenance on already deployed solutions.
Location: As this is in the North Central District (MN, ND,SD, IA, KS, NE, MO) the ideal location would be St. Louis, MO, followed by Kansas City, MO, followed by Minneapolis/St. Paul
Travel: 50% is expected within the District (between Kansas City and St Louis, occasionally to District HQ in Minneapolis and Ensynch*s corporate HQ in Tempe, AZ.
Requirements:
Excellent Presentation skills
Able to listen well to customer requirements
Able to work well with Salespeople
Good Independent, long distance worker (will work out of home office many days)
Excellent at written word (will work on RFP*s and SOWs)
Must have verifiable experience in:
Forefront Client Security/Forefront EndPoint Protection
Forefront Identity Manager/Identity Lifecycle Manager/Microsoft Identity Integration Server (FIM/ILM/MIIS)
Not expecting expert knowledge in each area but we are expecting someone that is willing to learn what they need to be able to speak about these products in pre-sales architectural discussions.
Must also have some knowledge in many of these areas (not listed in order of importance):
AD Rights Management Services (RMS)
Forefront Threat Management Gateway (TMG/ISA)
Forefront Unified Access Gateway (UAG/IAG/Whale)
Forefront Protection for Exchange, OCS, and SharePoint (used to be Antigen)
CLM and PKI (Certificates and Smart Cards)
Forefront Protection Manager (Stirling)
Forefront Online Protection for Exchange (formerly Exchange Hosted Services)
