Contorls/Electrical Engineer to Join our Team!
We are seeking a passionate Electrical Engineer looking for a challenging and diverse career experience. This is a unique opportunity for a technologically diverse organization with broad design opportunities in product development and R&D.
Successful candidate must have a proven background in electronic hardware software design, development and implementation. Candidates must have a BSEE or an MSEE degree with a minimum of five years of design experience.
Responsibilities include:
Embedded hardware and firmware for machine and instrument control.
Design and implement user interfaces for a range of instruments and standalone machinery.
Design and implement standard communication interfaces for instruments and standalone machinery for PC or Network control.
Implement analog and digital I-O, both for process feedback and control, and monitoring.
Design of custom mixed signal circuits (schematic capture and simulation).
Complete design documentation and revision control.
Requirements:
BSEE or MSEE (ABET Accredited)
Minimum 5 years experience as an Electrical Engineer
Authorized to work in the United States
Enthusiasm for working in a diverse, demanding and exciting technology environment.
Strong work ethic and team player attributes.
Application experience in controls and instrumentation is required.
Desired Experience:
Design and simulation of control systems.
Demonstrated experience with real time motion control.
Programming of user interfaces, e.g., LCD displays.
Implement standard communication interfaces (serial RS232/485, parallel GPIB/HPIB IEEE488, Ethernet, USB, etc.) for instruments and machines.
Programming in Visual Basic, C/C++, and LabVIEW.
Familiarity with industry standards and regulatory requirements.
