Position: Will hire Sr. and/or Prinicpal Mechanical Engineer, depending on the right experience.

Responsibilities include defining, implementing and verifying sub-system and system level product designs for the company's semiconductor capital equipment product line.
Engineering duties will be performed while reporting into a principal engineer or project manager having project/program responsibility.

You will be requires to mentor engineering staff members.

Candidates must be familiar with project management tools and their application to large-scale development projects.

You should have design experience in many of the following areas:
Simple controls electronics, finite element analysis, geometric dimensioning and tolerancing, tolerancing analysis of assemblies, knowledge of manufacturing techniques, desing for cost, schedule and reliability, reliability analysis, design for vacuum, and drafting skills for sheet metal, castings, fabricated parts and assemblies.

You must have good interpersonal skills for interacting with a varied team as required by the company*s design process and be well-versed in leading edge engineering design practices.

You will be held responsible for project performance and impact on company critical success factors.
BSME (MSME preferred)

Strong theoretical background and *hands on* experience in the following areas:
solid modeling (pro/E) CAD, CAD model design life cycle management, MathCad, stress/strain calculations, dynamic modeling analysis, Microsoft Office, Excel, Project and Visio.

You must have the ability to manage multiple projects and work as part of a cross-functional team.
