We have an excellent opportunity available for an experience AMHS Engineer. This position is located at Camp Pendleton, CA in support of the US Marine Corps.

The successful candidate will responsible for the system administration of the Telos' Automated Message Handling System which is a record communications system for AUTODIN, DMS and other messaging formats in addition to the administration of the CP-EXP system.  In addition the candidate must train designated US Marine Corps personnel in the correct administration/operation of the AMHS.   System must be kept in the latest configuration at all times.

Required skills


Active Secret Clearance is required.

Working knowledge of Microsoft IIS, SQL 2000  Server, MS and MS W2k3  server with Active Directory and an understanding of networks and DNS is required.

Understanding of NSI's Doubletake product is preferred.

Experience in customer support, diagnosing message and system problems is required.

A bachelor's degree in IT or related technical field with 2 years relevant experience or 6 years of relevant experience with IT technical training is required.

Microsoft Certified Systems Administrator (MCSA) certification and experience with query languages (Autonomy) is preferred.

Six years experience in a Microsoft (NT/2000) environment and experience with Message Center or a message related field is preferred but not required.

Some travel may be required.

The successful candidate must meet eligibility requirements to access classified information, which requires a US citizenship.
