candidate should have 5+ years with direct hands-on experience managing, designing, implementing and testing virtualized environments, strong oral and written communication skills, and a strong understanding of the interoperability of technologies within enterprise-level clients on a wide variety of systems. Citrix XenServer, XenDesktop (as well as any VDI product in general) experience is required.
