Agile Enterprise Solutions, Inc., (AES) started its journey in the year 2005, head quartered at Cheyenne, WY, having a branch offices at TN & IL and an offshore center at Hyderabad, India. AES reached $16 million revenues in the year 2009 with 135 consultants in billing recording growth over 100% since its inception through understanding markets & making transformation, flexibility in engagement models, effective resource management and with dedicated resource pool. AES strength is ERP staff augmentation by holding over 100 consultants in Oracle, Siebel, PeopleSoft and SAP technologies.
Taking it forward AES is looking for Business Development Manager (BDM) who can drive revenue and penetrate new accounts with IT Consulting services relating to ERP (SAP, Oracle), Data Warehousing and Business Intelligence (Informatica, DataStage, Business Objects, Cognos) and Microsoft (SharePoint, CRM, Dynamics-AX, Silverlight). BDM will be responsible for growing the AES Consulting services through business development, account management, defining strategic partnerships with clients and suppliers, achieving revenue goals and overall operations of this business line. The position will report to the CEO.

Responsibilities:
* Achieve revenue and profitability goals as defined by the Business Plan, which will be developed by the BDM
* Define and implement strategies that will help AES move up the value chain from staff augmentation to becoming a strategic solution provider to direct clients
* Build long-term relationships with direct clients and system integrators by meeting their IT Consulting resource needs and contributing to their growth
* Build excellent customer relationships at the C-level in the client organization. Understand the issues and challenges faced by the client executives and provide high level IT consulting to them, so they can see the value proposition of working with AES.
* Provide regular updates via reports to the management (CEO, President) on ALL activities pertaining to the Consulting business line
Skills/Experience:
At least 10+ years in the IT consulting industry, mostly in a business development and sales capacity with reputed staff augmentation, IT consulting or Big 5 system integrator firms. Past recruiting experience would be a plus. Successful track record in building account relationship, selling staffing, projects and solutions. More importantly, one who has the potential, desire and motivation to become part of the management team and be fully responsible for the growth, profitability and happiness (of both employees and customers) of AES.
* Well-connected and has relationships at the executive level in the industry with potential clients and strategic accounts nationwide. Not only this person should bring a set of new clients (direct clients and reputable system integrator companies) at the time of joining AES, where non-compete agreement with present/previous employers are not applicable, but also aggressively add new clients after joining AES
* Must be computer savvy and have worked with reputable resume or applicant-tracking or contact-management software systems, to store information about clients and candidates for easy retrieval at office or remotely from home.
