As a Senior Consultant on our Financial Markets Trade Solutions team, you will participate on and lead teams implementing business, process or technology changes for our Financial Services - Capital Markets clients. Responsibilities will include developing business requirements, re-engineering business processes and operations, and/or facilitating the evaluation, selection, and implementation of supporting systems. Areas of focus will include front, middle and back office processing within capital market asset classes (i.e. fixed income equities, foreign exchange, interest rate and credit derivatives). Specific duties may include any or all of the following responsibilities:
Working with clients to identify the gaps between their vendor systems such as Calypso/ Murex/ Sophis / Misys
Documenting current and future state requirements into Use Cases / Functional Specifications for Customization.
Providing clarifications to the Development team on customization requirements.
Performing system design and custom software integration
Utilizing project management and communication skills to facilitate user workshops.

Required
* High School Diploma/GED
* At least 5 years experience in business analysis and/or systems development projects
* At least 4 years experience in one or more of the following financial services/financial markets areas: Front, Middle, or Back Office processes
* At least 4 years experience in complex financial instruments including one or more of the following asset classes: foreign exchange, fixed income, equities, interest rate or credit derivatives
* At least 4 years experience in one or more of the following areas: RUP, UML, Use Case Design, Workflow/Order Flow analysis, or Requirements modeling
* At least 4 years experience in implementation, integration and/or evaluations with one or more of the following products: Calypso, Summit, Murex, Algoritmics, Numerix or Front Arena, Broadridge
* At least 3 years experience in workshop facilitation skills
* At least 3 years experience in project documentation skills in word, excel, powerpoint
* Readiness to travel up to 50%; travelling 3-4 days a week, home on weekends
* English: Fluent

* Master's Degree

Additional information
This is a travel based role (Monday through Friday as necessary) and it is expected that new hires live within a reasonable commuting distance (generally 50 mi or less) of the following cities: Boston, MA or New York City, NY and the surrounding areas.
