The Enterprise Network Operations Support Engineer is a full-time position that is part of the larger Network Team Group. This team is responsible for all network connectivity, both LAN and WAN. They are responsible for management of all of the switches, routers, VPN devices, Firewalls, IP addressing, Internet, and the Hosted VoIP product.

Job Responsibilities will include:

Design and Build:
* Network architecture design skills
* Implementation of new network technologies

Pre-sales:
* Pre-Sales engineering support to assist in qualifying new customers, and their design
requirements.

Project Management:
* Must be able to project manage a new customer network from conception to
completion, this may include new sales and projects coming in from existing customers.

Time and Material Billing:
* This task varies and may be troubleshooting an external customers network, VoIP
deployments, and / or consulting on a data center move.

Travel Requirements:
* Local travel may be required to set up routers, switches, or deploy hosted VoIP
* Interstate travel may be required, this is estimated at once every month.

Minimum Knowledge Requirements:
* CCNP or 7-9 years experience in networking.
* Advanced knowledge of Cisco routing, switching, subnetting, VPN, various firewalls,
VoIP, Call Manager and Unity experience a must.
* Be familiar with MPLS networks, QoS, BGP, and most WAN circuit types.
* Familiarity with IDS and Security devices a plus.
* Need history of real work, large scale deployment or management of enterprise
networks, International reach a plus.
* Must be familiar with MS Visio, and be able to provide design documents they have
created in the past.
