- Sr. Director of Technology Operations
Excellent Senior Technology Opportunity Dallas, TX in the Property & Casualty Insurance Industry
Opportunity in Dallas TX - Sr. Director of Technology Operations - Property & Casualty Insurance industry. Responsibilities include Operations Support - Manage Personal Lines Policy and Billing Operations in Dallas by providing leadership and direction to staff. Oversee the development and measurement of operational procedures, service levels and financial goals. Work with Service Delivery and Product Management staff to help define enhancements and upgrades to the current applications. Strategic - Achievement of production goals and objectives for the PL Policy & Billing operation by maintaining application currency and continued product enhancements. Quality Measurement - Communicate customer expectations as provided by Service Delivery analysts and Project Managers or Product Management to drive appropriate procedures that ensure we maximize results based on expectations. Ensure metrics of Defect Ratio, On-time Close, Positive Work and Throughput are monitored to identify and implement procedural improvements. Staff - Includes staffing, training, goal setting, benchmarking, coaching, appraisal, salary administration and disciplinary actions. Assist with developing associates for future roles. 6. Finance - Focus on management of headcount and efficiency of resources. Assist with budgetary goals incl cost control and revenue. Technology - Working with the Product Architecture group, research, assess, and implement new technology and systems.

Required Experience
- 10 to 15 yrs Experience including Production Support Management
- At least 5 to 7 yrs Technology Operations Management with 10 yrs preferred
- Personal Lines Property & Casualty P&C Industry Knowledge
- Process Management & Improvement
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to analyze, assess and address conflicting resource needs.
- Ability to influence & lead
- Strong communication skills (verbal & written) with an ability to write effective & persuasive business cases
- Ability to influence and lead and an ability to perform in an agile and high-pressure matrix team based environment
- Demonstrated track record of the application of process improvement methodologies to increase staff efficiencies
- SixSigma, Lean, CPCU, COP or other industry certifications desirable
