Job Summary
The Senior Quality Assurance Test Engineer will be responsible for performing functional and regression tests on new applications and changes to existing applications. The ideal candidate must be able to work independently, rapidly become completely familiar with our products and develop test scripts for specific changes based on that knowledge.

Duties and Responsibilities
* Perform functional and regression tests on new applications and changes to existing applications.
* Participate in test plan development, QA automation software development, test plan execution, results analysis, root cause identification, and reporting.
* Proven ability to develop an automated test suite strategy, and execute that strategy.
* Monitor, measure and improve development and test processes
* Create and maintain black and white box test scripts (manual and automation).
* Track defects and their resolutions.
* Readiness to represent QA during weekly late night deploys (rotating responsibility)
* Other duties assigned.

Communication/Language Skills
* Experience in testing eCommerce applications.
* Experience with automation tools - Selenium and/or Fitness.
* Knowledge of SQL and database query tools

Qualifications
* 5+ years experience in a QA testing role.
* B.S. in Computer Science or equivalent experience.
* Understand QA practices and methodologies.
* Familiar with Oracle databases and tools.
* Understand Agile development practices and methodologies.
* Familiar with Java and Javascript, XML, Linux shell.
* Working knowledge of the Internet, web servers, and web site development
