1. Responsible for the development, implementation, and ongoing operation of the enterprise-wide information and technology architecture. Clearly define and achieve leadership buy-in.
2. Lead the development, implementation and ongoing operation of the enterprise-wide information management and data governance program, taking responsibility for measurement and performance against the measures..
a. Lead in implementation and operation of data stewardship councils.
3. Develop and manage procedures necessary to ensure that data, application and technology decisions and implementations conform to the architecture.
4. Direct and oversee the appropriate sharing of data across processes, applications and technology to ensure the timely and effective flow of information as a corporate asset.
5. Responsible for the identification, documentation and management of corporate master data.
6. Develop and maintainthe IT strategic application and technology road map.
7. Provide leadership to the business units in the strategic use of information, applications and technology to support their plans and goals.
8. Develop of enterprise information, application and technology architecture reference models.
9. Define role of enterprise vs local data models, and ensure execution
10. Ensure project approaches for comply with the enterprise information and technology architecture.
11. Maintain the application and technology architecture, ensuring all IT workgroups are knowledgeable of and execute the standards and guidelines.
12. Establish and maintain relationships with information owners and users.
13. Develop and implement physical data model (including enterprise data warehouse and also the data mart strategy)
