Our Southern California customer is growing quickly and wants to add several Jr. Software Engineers to their team. This position will be primarily responsible for providing first line support for production applications, support client implementations team with client specific software changes and additions to core software applications.

SCOPE OF WORK:
* Working with a team to provide production support
* Software design, development, documentation and deployment of customer specific changes to core production applications
* Work with client implementations team to manage timelines and deliverables to the client
* Testing and troubleshooting as well as documentation of designs

REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
* Degree or equivalent level of experience
* Prior experience in a similar role a plus
* At least 1 year of experience using C# and MS-SQL Server and XML
* Change Management tools such as Visual Source Safe and SVN
* An individual who works independently, is very organized, possesses strong interpersonal skills and demonstrated a high standard for excellence
* A proactive learner who utilizes new technologies and who can propose process improvements
* A detail-oriented person who works well as part of a team and is customer focused
* The ability to multi-task is essential
* Estimate work accurately and produce deliverables on-time
* Development experience a must
