Manpower Professional is seeking an Engineering Project Manager to support our client in Pittsburgh, PA. The PM will provide engineering related design, analysis, and studies for domestic or international projects.

Principal Duties and Responsibilities Plans, schedules, conducts, or coordinates detailed phases of engineering work for an assigned portion of a major project or the total project of moderate scope.
Supervises the engineering work of assigned Drafters, Designers, and subordinate Engineers. This includes work assignments, scheduling and review.
Develops alternate methods, techniques or design concepts as required to resolve unique design problems.
Coordinates with personnel in other departments, project managers and client personnel to review designs and resolve areas of concern.
Performs special studies or analyses involving review, research calculation, selection, etc., to develop required reports.
Supports continuous improvement efforts and the change management effects associated with the implementation of improvements.
Minimum Qualifications Minimum of 5 year s of experience performing engineering related duties.

1. Must have a strong background in wireless projects.
2. Must have a strong technical background in wireless.
3. Must be self motivated.
4. Must be well organized to coordinate multiple jobs at one time.
5. Will be required to coordinate/schedule POs with subs (Surveyor, Geotech, Enviro., etc.)
6. Must be able to relay technical site information to Lead Engineer in KC.
7. Must be in place to work with local authorities for project approvals (zoning, special use permits, etc.).
8. May be required to make site visits during construction and help Construction Manager work through field issues that develop during construction.
9. Will be responsible for the overall cost control of the engineering work.
10. Nice to have - Structural experience and be able to do site visits and evaluate existing conditions of the site and foresee potential site conflicts.
11. Nice to Have - Able to communicate technical issues well too Municipality s or other Governing authorities.
12. Strongly recommend that they are a PE (Not a must have).
