Qualifications for this position include understanding of customer requirements, architectural considerations, and cost/schedule/performance tradeoffs for SIGINT, ELINT, COMINT, IMINT, or MASINT systems.

Experience in all phases of design lifecycle management to include: Definition, Architecture, Requirements, Design, Integration, Test, and Sustainment is also required.

A successful candidate must have the capability to organize, plan, implement, and evaluate engineering activities across multiple engineering disciplines.

Experience in assessing engineering trades and directing methods of resolution for complex engineering problems is also required. Current understanding of, and contacts within, SIGINT, ELINT, COMINT, IMINT, or MASINT customers are required.

BS required. MS desired.

This position requires a minimum of 3 years experience in architecting, developing, and delivering SIGINT, ELINT, COMINT, IMINT, or MASINT systems.

Good communication skills including written, presentation and verbal capabilities.

Candidates must be able to obtain and maintain the relevant DoD security clearance.
