1. Microsoft Technologies: A strong working knowledge of the Windows 2003/2008 server environment from installation and configuration to maintenance and support including domain controllers/AD, IIS, Exchange, Dynamics, SharePoint, SQL server administration and server clustering.
2. In depth understanding of supporting technologies: DHCP/DNS, Anti-Virus, Systems Management, Optimization Tuning, High Availability configurations (Microsoft Clustering, Sun and IBM Bladecenters, etc.)
3. Thorough understanding of enterprise datacenter technologies including Networking, Security, TCP/IP, SAN (NetApp with iSCSI), and physical datacenter practices.
4. Experience supporting routers, switches and firewall hardware/software including: Cisco 2600/3600/7200 series routers, Checkpoint firewalls, WXC 500 WAN accelerator, Juniper Netscreens, and VoIP products from ShoreTel and Cisco. Ability to design and configure network management systems and implement network security best-practices for TCP/IP networks.
