One of SGA's major financial clients is looking for an EMS Engineer for a long-term consulting role in Whippany, NJ. This resource will Develop and Engineer solutions using Netcool Product Suite (Omnibus, Impact, Webtop) based on daily requests from Support Teams and LOB's. Will handle escalation support for EMS Production support team in troubleshooting and triage of service impacting issues involving Netcool Suite of products
