Overview

Responsibilities
Support Englewood labs during off hours (exact core hours tbd, 5x8 but the hours will include the 3rd shift), primarily for remote support; providing hands on functions in the lab for our India and Adelaide teams.

Detailed responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Phone support for QIDC and Adelaide, in person at test/development units located in Englewood labs
- Provide general systems support for lab servers, test stations, component installations and debug, specialized environment setup
- Assist in final lab cabling, equipment power up and cable routing design
- Equipment upgrade and build up of specialized prototype units in support of new programs
- Work with various Operation Systems like Windows, LINUX, UNIX, MAC


Qualifications
- Knowledge of Fiber Channel technologies
- Knowledge of SAN, NAS and RAID technologies
- Knowledge of the Windows and Linux based networks
- Knowledge of network switches, routers
- Knowledge about computer hardware assembly and Raid technology
- Excellent communication skills
- Excellent phone support skills
- Organized, self-starter with a strong ownership attitude a must
