Job Title: Senior Programmer Analyst - CRM
Function: Information Systems
Reports to: Global CRM Manager, Information Systems

Key Accountabilities
* Responsible for leading all aspects of technical design, development and deployment for the CHEP CRM (Siebel and Sherlock) applications.
* Apply customer relationship management (CRM) and Siebel best practices to system implementations.
* Provide technical expertise within the CRM applications to include:
o Application Administration
o Technical Design
o Configuration/Customization
o Data Migration/Conversion
o Interfaces
o Defect resolution
o Deployment
o Post Deployment Support

* Provide 2nd and 3rd line leadership and support for internal (or external if applicable) customers including on call participation, troubleshooting, identifying system improvements and introducing new technology as appropriate.
* Demonstrate leadership in the application of the Siebel systems development life cycle (SDLC) methodologies and procedures.
* Contribute to project estimating and planning efforts * providing input/clarity on all technical related tasks, dependencies and implementation options.
* Plan, prepare and facilitate technical workshops/meetings to support the implementation of technical solutions. This includes global coordination with identified team members and stakeholders located in other regions. Deliverables include (but may not be limited to) Technical Specifications, As-Built Documentation and Configuration Items (i.e. scripts, SRF).
* May lead and coordinate the work of a small/mid-size project team co-located globally.
* Lead design reviews and code reviews with technical team members per development guidelines.
* Analyze and diagnose data quality or system deficiency issues and provide options for resolution.
* Proactively recommend Siebel and Sherlock upgrades, enhancements or new modules (i.e. CTI, PRM, Outlook Integration) which will improve scalability, maintainability, performance or enablement of business processes.
* Support system administration, monitoring, security for all CRM application environments.
* Provide leadership in the development of technical skills in others through active knowledge sharing/mentoring.
* Develop and maintain strong relationships with CHEP Siebel and Sherlock stakeholders, primarily at user, manager, and director level.
* Significantly contribute to efforts to standardise and improve CHEP development, implementation, and support processes and tools (ex: Version Control).
* Creates a highly motivated, customer focused environment for team members.
* Manage own workload, work with management on priorities/goals and achievement of those goals.

Qualifications

* Bachelor*s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related.
* 5-8 years' IT experience.
* Experience with formal software and project management methodologies.
* Strong working knowledge of Siebel 7.5 or greater.
* Minimum 5 years experience with Siebel infrastructure, administration, Siebel Tools development (configuration, customization) and technologies (Upgrades, Workflow, Assignment Manager, EAI, Actuate).
* Participation and successful delivery of assigned tasks in at least 2 full life cycle Siebel implementations.
* Experience with implementing complex solutions involved Web Services, SOAP, XML, security, and data migration/conversion.
* Experience with large-scale implementations involving large, complex infrastructure, including multiple tiers, multiple servers, load balancing, and clustering.
* Knowledge of database administration, preferably Oracle.
* Possession of excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
* Excellent communicator, both written and oral and interpersonal skills.
* Practical, hands-on personality.
* Experience with interfaces to ERP, Customer facing applications (portal/web) and data warehouse platforms.
* Proven ability to define system specifications, accurate time estimates and creation of clear and concise documentation.
* Must be a results-oriented motivator with a *can-do* attitude and strong leadership abilities, organizational skills and flexibility to manage various priorities.
* Ability to coordinate multiple assignments/projects simultaneously.
* Responsible and accountable for meeting deadlines.
