Required Qualifications o Bachelors degree in: Electrical Engineering or Computer Science or equivalent work experience

Experience working with the MMS platforms and services - demand and capacity, system design, feature design and product realization. 5+ Years wireless experience with a MINIMUM of 3 years SMS, including text messaging and products and services as well as the IS-41 protocol and MMS, including picture messaging products and services as well as 3GPP/3GPP2 standards . Familiarity with MM1, MM3, MM4 and MM7 interfaces; experience with VASP integration a plus. Familiarity with SMS and MMS short code programs, MMA guidelines and the premium content ecosystem. Experience with all aspects of product design and realization, including development of service requirements, high level and detailed design including common data center hardware and operation systems platforms and database offerings in the telecom space. Experience with project, program and/or product management.
