Exchange Server
Disaster recovery
Replication Software
Replication services i.e.: trouble shooting/problem resolution/configuration changes
Customer Service / Communication Skills
Financial services industry experience
Data Center / Colocation Services
SQL Server
Disk-based back up services: i.e.: trouble shooting/problem resolution/configuration changes
disk-based backup/replication services
Citrx (not required)
Break/fix / Tier 3 support experience
