Our customer is looking for a Network Engineer with the abilty to support a user base of financial professionals. This person will be an escalation point for all networking and linux based questions. This will be a hands on role as well as a role where phone support will be required.

Cisco Routing Switching (needed)
Linux experience (Needed)
Cisco wireless, security, etc (a plus)
Must be able to rack and stack
Troubleshooting network design issues is very important
Configurations for routers/switches/AP/ etc also very important
Some experience on firewalls is a plus

Solaris 10 experience is a plus


Must be able to start immediately in Stamford, CT and will need to work a rotated schedule. Excellent communications skills is a must. Financial services experience is a plus.
