Responsibilities:
This individual will be responsible to perform various work functions in support of Network Provisioning team. This will involve all aspects of the provisioning process including the turn up of service. One needs to possess a working knowledge of telecommunication networks and their supporting systems. Work will support Mobility network infrastructure builds in addition to service order tracking and escalations. Services will range from DS0 to OC192. Responsibilities will include managing the order process which encompasses order tracking, validating engineering, documenting and publishing daily reports. Strong project management is required coordinating internal and external interfaces to complete the test and turn-up of services. Candidate will facilitate conference calls to identify and resolve issues. In a SPOC and SME role this individual will be required to partner with customers and various internal/external organizations to ensure deliverables are met.
