Four Rivers Software, a Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania based leading provider of state of the art comprehensive maintenance management solutions (CMMS) to the healthcare industry, has an opportunity for a telecommute Support Analyst. While occasional trips to the office in Pittsburgh may be necessary, most of the work can be done from your home. The organization has successfully implemented their Total Maintenance System (TMS) Family of products in over 2,100 healthcare facilities throughout the United States. The TMS software uses the latest .NET and true web-based technologies.
The Support Analyst plays a crucial role in the organization’s commitment to ongoing favorable customer relations. In this exciting and very visible position, you will be able to use your technical abilities and creativity to identify, diagnose, troubleshoot, debug, and resolve customer reported application and technical issues supporting the full range of product offerings. You may be contacted by telephone, e-mail, and/or remote diagnostics. Further, you may have assigned accounts which you will support. Part of the position duties requires your participation in the after hours and holiday support rotation. In a related responsibility, the Support Analyst is involved in creating and modifying advanced customer reports and writing, selecting, updating, and deleting SQL statements to modify customer data in addition to delivering eLearning and eConsulting services as assigned. Normal hours of work are 11:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m.,Eastern time.
